The first phase of any construction project that falls under the Planning Permission / Building Regulation remit, is to have surveys conducted, and architectural drawings produced, in order that they can be submitted to the relevant Local Authority to be processed.

BrittonHall Construction Ltd and our recommended architects will advise and guide our clientele throughout the design process. Producing all the required architectural drawings, specifications, structural and engineering calculations. Submitting all the relevant planning permission and building regulation applications on behalf of the clientele. Ensuring to monitor the applications process until a decision is made by the local authority.
