Boathouse

This luxury barn conversion was built from the ground up as the project imagery shows. With an existing footprint we rebuilt the cottage with modern materials in block work and aged brick.

The entire roof structure was planned out and manufactured off-site then craned in and assembled on-site, finished off with a smart, country style roof using reclaimed slates. Modern rooflights and bifold doors were installed to complete the look. We then configured all the internals aspects of the house, fitting it out ready for the homeowner to move in.
